If an account is closed at the member's own request and no breach of terms has occurred, any remaining balance (once all rollover requirements have been met) will be refunded within 5 business days to the original payment method.

hnd 765 not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising in connection with:

• Internet service disruptions or technical failures on the part of the member's internet service provider.
• Platform disruptions due to scheduled maintenance (advance notice will be provided).
• Loss or theft of password due to the member's own negligence.
• Unfavourable betting outcomes after a bet has been validly confirmed.

Hnd 765's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
